At the opening ceremony, the Minhang District Science and Technology Commission and the District Investment Management Office jointly issued the “Minhang District Participating in the World Expo Project Construction and Service Low Carbon Product Catalogue”. The Minhang District Finance Bureau will participate in the Expo products according to the relevant procedures of the Government Procurement Law.
